This first image is of a birdseye view of my sector. The legend is a little unclear, but the little blurb in the right corner is a scaling of what 1 foot approximately is in the map. Although because the terrain was difficult to map out correctly using height levels and distancing, so I did some detailed drawing of interesting things/pretty things in my sector.

This next picture is of some wild mushrooms I found growing on a log. Although the picture does not do it justice the mushroom appeared to have a vibrant orange color against its darker surroundings. In the picture it appears more brown than orangeish.

To the left is a sketch of what I initially saw, to the right is a sketch of what my sketch should have looked like. With more research, I believe the mushroom to be something called the 'chicken of the woods', although I'm not 100% sure. If I'm correct, the mushroom when young is edible and reminiscent of a juicy chicken, although if it grows on a conifer do not eat it because it will have absorbed the poisonous toxins from the tree.

Many ferns crowd my sector, as of now they are not very big, but later into the summer they often grow double or triple their size. When I got home I conducted more research into ferns because I always see them but don't know much about them. It was interesting to learn that ferns are vascular, meaning they have a special type of 'skin' that conducts nutrients and water through its system. It is also likely that this is a Brackenfern, the most common species of fern in Ohio.

This last set of pictures depicts the large pine tree that shades my little campfire site. From what I could tell, this pine tree is one of the thickest and tallest trees in my sector, which is what led me to draw it. I wonder how long it has been standing watch over the forest.
